Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the GuestCam mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

GuestCam lets event hosts collect photos and short videos from their guests through a shared, event-based camera and gallery. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

2. Accounts

You may use the App anonymously or sign in with email. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account and data at any time from inside the App.

3. User-generated content & zero-tolerance policy

GuestCam has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. By using the App, you agree that you will not upload, share, or transmit content that:

• is illegal, infringing, or violates anyone’s rights;
• is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualizes minors;
• is hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or promotes violence;
• depicts or encourages self-harm, dangerous, or criminal acts;
• contains another person’s private information without consent; or
• is otherwise objectionable.

You also agree not to harass, abuse, or harm other users.

4. Reporting, moderation & enforcement

• Every photo and video includes a Report action, and you can block a contributor so you no longer see their content.
• Event hosts can remove any content from their events.
• We review reports of objectionable content and will remove offending content and may suspend or remove the responsible user, generally within 24 hours of a valid report.
• We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion.

5. Your responsibilities as a host

If you host an event, you are responsible for the guests you invite and for moderating the content collected in your event, including removing content that violates these Terms.

6. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content you create; you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
