Frequently asked questions

How do I join an event?

Open GuestCam, tap “I’m a guest”, then scan the host’s QR code or enter the 6-character event code. No account is required.

How do I report or hide something?

Tap any photo or video to open it, then use Report. You can also block a contributor so you no longer see their content. Hosts can remove any content from their event.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the App, go to Settings → Delete account & data. Hosts: this deletes your events and their photos. Guests: this removes your uploaded content and account. You can also email us to request deletion.

Why does the App ask for camera, microphone, or photo access?

Camera and microphone are used to capture photos and record videos inside an event. Photo access is used only when you choose to add an existing photo or save a photo to your device.
